How do we book?
It's simple! To find out if I'm available on your desired date, please send me an e-mail via the CONTACT page, stating what kind of shoot you'd like to book. If I'm free I will send you an online form to secure your booking, and if not we can discuss alternative dates.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes! To secure your booking whether it's a wedding or any other of my shoots, a 20% deposit is needed. The outstanding amount will be due 7 days prior to your photoshoot date. At the time of booking I will require an e-mail address so I can send you a booking form and invoice.
What happens after we book our Wedding?
Your wedding date is secure, you've paid your deposit, so it's time to have your wedding planning session. For couples living within a 20 mile radius of HD6 this can be done at your home, for those further afield we will arrange a meeting place half way between, and for those with long drives we can do this via an online video chat. We will discuss how you see your wedding day going, what you expect from me as your photographer, ideas about group shots, image style and any other questions you may have.
Can we print and share our photos with friends and family?
Yes! Your images come with sharing rights so you are free to print and share your images.
What if we need to cancel?
I allow a single opportunity to re-arrange your family and couple photoshoots due to illness or other unforseen circumstances. So don't panic, sometimes things come up. However if for any reason you must cancel your second 're-arranged' photoshoot, your deposit will be held and you will need to re-book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Living in England, particularly Yorkshire, the weather can turn bad at the last minute. If there is a slight shower, photoshoots will go ahead as I am equiped with umbrellas and always pick locations with shelter under trees. If there is severe rain or snow, then the photoshoot will be cancelled no later than one hour before, as it will be unpleasant to be out in the cold for an hour, and you're likely to look a bit soggy on your photos.
